gibsons Kira Kira is a brand new, very innovative house set at the top of a hill with beautiful views along Agnes Water’s main beach. It has just been announced as the 2009 HIA Award winner in it's category.

Those with an appreciation of fine architecture will note the high attention to detail, focus on natural ventilation, and innovative use of materials as top priorities. One of the most outstanding features of this house is a high set diagonally pitched roof, with box gutter and generous overhangs. Colour and material selections compliment and highlight the natural setting.

gibsons Kira Kira has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is equally suited to one couple, three couples, families, or a girls weekend (not to mention your furry friends!).

Kira Kira is spread over three levels, and has spacious open-plan living and dining areas that spill out onto decks with gorgeous views of Agnes Water's main beach and the ocean beyond.

gibsons Kira Kira has a main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third has two king singles, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom.

A beautiful, landscaped garden behind secure gates and fencing awaits your best furry mates - they can explore to their hearts content, while you can be secure in the knowledge that they are safe.
