Check in Information
Prior to arrival
Upon receipt of full payment, the following will be emailed - directions to your specific accommodation, a link to our very own tailorised 'Things to See & Do', important contact numbers and most importantly, the key safe code and location for entry to the property.
Check in time is 2:00 pm, Check out time is by 10.00 am on day of departure – early check in, or late check out may be available on request and is dependent upon other bookings.
During your stay
We will aspire to make contact with you via email to check how your stay is & if there is anuything we can help with. This email will also contain helpful information to ensure you make the most of your stay - for example - Dog Friendly Beaches, The Best Places to Eat, Walking maps and much more.
No refunds given. However, dates can be altered if given more than 2 weeks notice prior to original arrival date. A fee of $50 will be charged to cover administration costs.
If canceling with less than 2 weeks notice to arrival, Gibson's Pet Friendly will use 50% of monies paid as credit for future booking and 50% will be kept to cover administration costs. In the case of road closures due to floods, where the guest can not get to Agnes Water due to those closures, a 20% fee will be kept by Gibson's Pet Friendly Accommodation, and the balance refunded. The 20% can be used when the next booking with Gibson's Pet Friendly is made.
In the case that guests cannot depart due to road closures, accommodation may be lowered to 50% off full rate after original departure date.
The number of guests not to exceed 6 unless previously arranged in writing. All tenants must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Parties and functions are prohibited. Noise levels must be kept at a normal residential level. Damages, breakages, theft or loss of house inventory are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage or tenant’s personal property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Damages and bonds
It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure everything in our homes are looked after. We understand that sometimes there are accidents, so please let us know if something has been damaged, and we can come to some arrangement. We take a credit card number as a security bond, and if damages have not been reported after check out, and if we cannot contact you to discuss the matter, we reserve the right to charge the amount it takes to rectify those damages to your credit card.
